growth stocks candidates worth a look
This is one of my
favorite screens for finding growth stock candidates suitable for
holding for 6 to 18 months. The screen employs a combination of
fundamental and technical (charting) requirements.
Looking at
fundamentals, qualifying companies must show
strong and accelerating sales growth, steadily increasing current year
earnings forecasts, substantial institutional ownership, positive cash
flow, reasonable valuations,
etc.
Especially important considering current conditions, all are low-debt.
On the technical side, passing stocks must be in a moderate or strong
uptrend.
Remember, these are research candidates, not a buy list. .
