Five Best Rocket Stocks

Here are five stocks with strong price charts, equally strong fundamentals, are breaking out to the upside, or are already in existing, but still strengthening uptrends. We call them "Rockets."

Looking at fundamentals, Rockets must be recording accelerating earnings growth, strong profitability, and meet additional fundamental requirements that I've found work best for identifying the strongest Rocket stocks.

Holding Period

This screen has been optimized to be held three-months. Buy equal dollar amounts of each stock. After three-months, re-run screen and sell any existing holdings that do not appear on the new screen. Also, rebalance so that you hold equal dollar amounts of each holding.

Market Direction

Our Rocket Stocks typically outperform in strong markets, and underperform in down markets.  Since most Rockets are small-cap, we use the Russell 2000 index to represent the market, and give an “okay to buy” signal when our proprietary timing signal for that index signals 'buy.'

Here are the Current Rocket Stocks .

Disclaimer:

As is the case for all screens, consider the results a list of candidates worthy of further research, not a buy list. The more you know about your stocks, the better your results.
